At Ads Plus, we follow a transparent and hassle-free refund and cancellation policy to ensure a smooth experience for our clients.

Cancellation Policy

⬤ If you wish to cancel your contract with us, please send a request to our accounts department at accounts@adsplus.in within 7 days of placing the order. Our account manager will review and process your request.

⬤ The cancellation is only valid once confirmed by the concerned department.

⬤ Cancellation can only be requested before the execution of the project. Once the project is initiated, cancellations will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

⬤ For monthly service packages, payments for the next month are processed only after reviewing the performance of the current month.

⬤ Ads Plus does not guarantee specific results, such as web traffic, rankings, or conversions, and therefore does not provide refunds based on performance-related claims.
